Q... How much do your services cost?

- This will depend on the size of your property and what service you would like. We are very competitive with our pricing whilst ensuring that our team are all paid above national living wage. We offer a no obligation free quote so is you send us as much detail as possible about what you need along with any images if you have any, we can give you an accurate quote.

Q... Can I book you for an hour only on a residential clean?

- We have a minimum 2 hour booking requirement for all residential bookings. You wouldn't be able place a booking with us for anything less but you certainly can book a longer session if you would like.

Q... I'm not going to be at home when the clean is scheduled, is this a problem?

- Not at all! We offer an insured key holding service meaning we can do the clean without you needing to be there. There's nothing like arriving home to a spotless house!

Q... Can I meet with the cleaner beforehand?

- Of course! We understand the need to be comfortable with the person that is given access to your house. We'll assign one cleaner to you, and them and only them will remain your cleaner until you choose to end the service. Our team are all DBS checked prior to taking on any work with us.

Q... I've never had a cleaner before, do you provide references / reviews?

- Yes! We know it can be very daunting when allowing someone new into your home, so we actively encourage our clients to post reviews on our services on our Facebook or Google pages.

Q... I have pets, is this a problem?

- Pets are not an issue, we are more than happy to work around them. If, however, you have any excitable and reactive pets, please do keep them away for the time that we are there.

Q... How can I pay?

- Through direct debit, standing order or cash on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Q... Is it just domestic homes you clean?

- No we do a range of commercial services too! If you're not sure if what you have in mind is something we can help with, just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Q... Will I need to provide equipment and products?

- We provide all cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise stated and agreed with you. If you would prefer we use your products on particular surfaces we are happy to do so.

Q... Will you take pictures/videos of you doing work in my property?

- Photos and videos help a lot when trying to grow a small business as we’re sure you can imagine. We do take photos of the work we do in your property but always ensure that no personal details are visible and the property is not identifiable. If you would prefer we do not take any photos, please do just let us know as we are more than understanding.
